Acara ini diselenggarakan di Gedung Serba Guna (GSG) Kampus V diikuti oleh seluruh civitas akademika dan karyawan. Aspirasi mahasiswa disampaikan melalui DEMA dan adapula yang disampaian secara langsung ketika sarasehan. DEMA memaparkan hasil survei yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak kampus. Adapun fasilitas favorit adalah laboratorium keperawatan. Penyerahan penghargaan disampaikan oleh Ketua Jurusan Keperawatan.
