Didalam Jurusan Keperawatan PEMIRA dilaksanakan untuk memilih Calon Gubernur Himpunan Mahasiswa dan Ketua Dewan Mahasiswa yang merupakan Mahasiswa aktif Jurusan Keperawatan semester 3.
