Through guidance and compassion, nurses and health cadres work hand in hand to build healthier futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Faith Chepkoech , a nursing student in Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. I participated in a health cadre activity in Brebes, where we provided psychosocial support in collaboration with other campuses. The implementation went very well\u2014we interacted closely with members of the community, worked effectively as a team, and successfully fulfilled our mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the activity, we focused on building trust and understanding within the community. We listened to their experiences, offered emotional support, and encouraged open communication, which helped create a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience strengthened my skills in communication, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity. Working alongside health cadres and fellow students allowed me to understand the importance of collaboration in delivering effective community-based care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also gained a deeper appreciation for the role of health cadres in promoting health at the grassroots level. Their dedication and close connection with the community make our interventions more meaningful and impactful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
